anyway, will not go further on this.. just feel that we shd sometimes give them back to them in the same manner they do.. ( i recall having a discussion with a EU colleague when he was saying its so funny that russia wants them to apply for a visa before travelling since most countries don't.. wish they would need to go thru the ordeal we hv to )
