Looks like the company I linked in the previous post indeed doesn't have the right to BJ, however, I think it does own the right to SH, case in point: the link you provided (http://www.dq-shop.com/index) is embedded in dairyqueen.com.cn. According to the history page, it owns the exclusive rights to 14 provinces/DCMs in China.
