I think he was just trying to help you out because if you had an issue with the FS Nile Plaza, there was also the option of FS First Residence... but hey if you're against one FS, you must be against them all
On an unrelated note, I'm doing an Egypt trip in January and am going to stay at the FS Nile Plaza based on FTer's recommendations...
