Snack Basket Defined

I was a little confused about this snack basket, thinking it may be like a snack box. But now that I have experienced "Refreshments" first hand I can clarify for anyone that may not already know: The flight attendant basically walks around with a basket filled with Sun Chips, Snack Mix, Biscoff Cookies, and Dark Chocolates. You get to choose what you want from the basket. There were no bananas when I flew ORD-PHL the other day, and overall I have a mixed feelings about this service. I feel like they should offer more, but then again, its only an hour-and-a-half flight. I took snack mix and a chocolate (it was tiny), and I believe I was the only person that took two things. Also, the flight attendants could have come around again offering additional snacks.

I am hopefully flying F from MSY-LAX this Thursday (as long as my UDU clears), and the meal is posted as "Snack, Refreshments" - so I'll see if I get the famously crappy Panini, followed by the snack basket.
