I'm struggling to find out what type of seats are in J class on the flights out of Dubai to Singapore. I put three calls into reservations, first said "All new lie flat beds." Second said, "These are all old 777 planes, none of them have lie flat." I asked about first class, and the person said no, not even in first class.

Third call said that they were the new 8 degree medium haul business class seats.

Seat Guru didn't seem to help, as it is giving the wrong plane configuration (flight SQ453... 11:45pm departure on a 777-200). It says this is the ER with lie flat Space Beds but to verify since they run three types of 777.

I'd think it would be very simple to check the equipment and verify what type of seating is available in business class.

Any recommendations on how I can find out?
