So I am staying at a club room on the 17th floor right now, haven't looked at the suite yet (later stay). One thing I can already say is that the sound insulation of the doors is very bad. My room is the closest one to the part of the corridor where the lounge is and I can hear every single plate being carried around. It doesn't bother me as I am insensitive to noise, but just pointing it out to people who might be bothered by it. Also, this might mean that people in the hallway hear the noises from your room (or bathroom, remember, Korean food...) as well

.
The hotel overall seems very busy. The grounds look nice from the hotel room and the view of the city and the Han river is cool. For some reason, so far, I actually like the Grand Hilton better, I think it is that I consider the staff friendlier and more personal there.
Will try out the lounge breakfast now - so I guess one can only take the breakfast here and not the full breakfast downstairs instead?
Breakfast in the lounge is really "just" continental breakfast, not a bad one, but only one hot food item. Better in the Grand Hilton where they make you omelettes and other egg stuff and where you have several hot food items in the lounge, and if you have special requests (like rice soup) they will do that for you, too.
Edit: One more thing: Internet access in this hotel is very bad, the ports for Outlook/Apple Mail are blocked, internet is slow and every few hours, access is interrupted and you have to re-login.

In contrast to most other Hyatt hotels I have recently been to, it also doesn't automatically recognize the diamond status, so I figure you will have to have the internet charge taken off the bill manually when checking out, which is a small hassle.
Also, they have grass tennis courts, had to book an hour there, I hope they let me on there with my jogging shoes...
Edit: They did let me on there, coach was very nice (Australian guy), but the tennis courts are nothing what the website says:
Tennis Court
Supervised by a professional tennis coach, the tennis court resembles Wimbledon’s famous tennis courts due to its 3-court configuration and abundance of green. Members are welcome to request tennis lessons and test their progress in the Club’s two annual tournaments, which provides both the opportunity to hone one’s technical skills, as well as develop friendly relations amongst other Club Olympus members.
The only thing that resembles Wimbledon's courts is the color of the court. They call it "artificial grass" court, but it's more like a green clay court, I would say.
Will try the "real" breakfast tomorrow and will report back.
Some pictures of the view from the hotel room and of the grounds:
I have a question:
Does anyone know a place not too far from the hotel where you could drop off your laundry (including underwear, socks, etc.) and they do it all and you can either pick it up or they deliver it to your hotel room? Don't really feel like paying more than the price for the socks just to get them washed
