Why wouldn't I want to travel internationally when, if we assume that your question posits that the current situation might morph into a full call up, the whole thing is a purely spurious war to protect narrow, short term domestic political interests by going to war with an impotent enemy.

Long term I might have questions about international travel as all we will be doing by this stupid expedition is p*ssing off most of the world by our all too obvious grab for oil hegemony.

If your question concerned a real crisis, well I'd just have to see. But I for one am not terribly afraid these days. On the other hand if North Korea (China?) feels really threatened by our oil grab and bombast, travel to certain Asian capitals might be a little iffy.
