Does anyone have an insight into how the government requisitions the ac? open ended or certain number of flights for troops and then return to private duty? If we assume that combat will start in mid March, then the Pentagon's requirement for civilian ac would seem immediate and have significant effects on american's international schedules. It is odd with so many fit ac in the desert those aren't being considered.
