i've flown them now three times between vie and bkk and i can tell u that there are better seats around if u travel in economy. the seat is very tight and there is not much legroom as well. however is was lucky enough to get a whole row to myself on two flights, so it wasnt that bad. honestly i think that LH eco, even on their 747 is more comfortable to travel in. on the plus side, their catering is top notch and Vienna airport is lovely and easy to travel through..

seems that loads to BKK from VIE are not that strong, on all flights i took the plane was not much more than half full, whereas flights from ZRH or FRA always had a much better loads..
