I got email from San Diego airport by customer service,they say

Air Canada operates in Terminal 2 East. Air Canada passengers cannot access the United Airlines Red Carpet executive lounge located in Terminal 1. The closest lounge to Air Canada gate is America Airlines Admirals Club.
