Austrian says: I will have a wonderful flight " it's easy to get comfy & enjoy"

SK AAR says: I will have a fine flight "OS product is not bad on B777 "

Calflyer says: I might have a very uncomfortable flight

airlinequality.com Says: I will have a terrible flight
