Well, as I suspected its is turning out to be very difficult to plan an awards trip only 2 months ahead. I tried the partner desk and while they were very helpful they weren't able to find anything out of a West Coast city on the days I was looking for or there were only two seats available and we need three. They said to call back because the availability can change. Too bad there isn't a website which would send an email if the flight you are looking for becomes available. I'll be calling back but I'm not overly optimistic.
