The plane which I toured was at the time Air Force 2 and was used at the time by Al Gore. We were told that there was a small fleet of identical new 757's used by various officials including the First Lady, Secretary of State etc. We received some great souveniers.

Although in theory the planes were interchangable, the VP generally used one particular plane, others were assigned as needed.

The plane was amazing. Seats were way above !st class. There is a combination private bedrood/office with real bathroom etc.

There is also a real kitchen with chef and many more amenities.
