Unisom...blue gel capsules and a couple of glasses of red -strange how that one comes up again and again

Works a treat, no grogginess after about six hours sleep (just right for a Transatlantic night).

Available at news stands at US airport for around $7 for 10 capsules or in any drugstore US wide at about $12 for 36!
