The lounge is pretty small and windowless though, so it's not really that great. Unless you particularly have a taste for CX lounge catering, which is basically noodles and mixed nuts there.
Totally agree! I once saw/overheard a really frustrated pax being denied entry because he was either not flying F (but with ow Em) or F with BA not CX, can't remember which. I find the lounge reception staff were, well, quite like BA cabin FA's, some of them were nice, but somehow there is a disproportionally higher chance of running into a staff member who's having a bad day.
Yes, the CX lounge is a bit blend, they announced that they will be renovating it, so maybe things will get better. Just to clarify, noodles there aren't like The Wing or The Pier style, its cup noodles with a kettle and you make it yourself.
