Zopiclone always works a treat for me - I prefer to take it at my destination rather than on the plane and find that no matter how hard I try to to hold out longer, one 5mg tablet has me woozy and asleep within 20-25 mins. I personally have never suffered 'the taste' that some people report.

Out of interest, to those who pop pills on the plane, do you never worry about needing/wanting to be alert in case of emergency etc? I find that if I haven't slept the drugs off I feel like a zombie for hours
