Get your car/taxi to drop you at gate 1, the dedicated first class checkin. The lads will come running to help you and your bride from the car, collect your luggage and escort you to the checkin lounge. Explain to the staff that you want an upgrade. They will start the paperwork and take you around the back of the first checkin where you pay the money. It was US870 or thereabouts when i did it last, to cover yourself, let's say 900each.
Once it is all done thet will personally take you through passport control and the security checks, then onto the buggy and you will be whizzed down to the lounge. If you both would like a spa/massage ask the door captain to organise that for you, or if it's breakfast you would like, the girls will attend to it.
Just a couple of points - if rudster is connecting from the DPS:BKK flight he clearly won't have the kerbside service so would the process be then? Also, the method here depends on F seats being available so I would recommend him doing it in advance to be sure of getting those seats. Would incoming pax in J get a buggy service if transferring to F?
