No Visa needed if you will stay airside.

it looks like you are doing a straight turnaround, so that shouldn't be a problem.

We ended up flying DXB-EK-KHI-CX-BKK and were met by an airport rep. He then checked us in for the CX flight and escorted us to the lounge.

So yes it was easily possible without hassle....
