The odd thing is that newbies applying for two the same day are usually successful and we assume that's because the 1st isn't on record yet. But if that were true a 3rd the same day could also get through and that's never happened.
Therefore one prior doesn't seem as much a disqualifer as more than 2 in 60, which seems to be an absolute. Hopefully Citi hasn't stretched the 60 days out to much longer to stop churning but there
are reports of many people who haven't applied in over 60 days getting shut down as priors.
