This morning's breakfast service was significantly better than yesterday I am glad to report. Coffee was delivered in 2 minutes, and my pain au chocolat and fresh fruit were delivered within 10 minutes. Hopefully the problems I experienced yesterday were the exception and not the norm.

The host staff were able to rebook my from the Grand Hyatt to the Andaz for last night which was great.
