Any more recent reviews?

While I appreciate the previous poster's enthusiasm, if I had to spend 90 minutes at the desk straightening out my reservations, I'd be hard pressed to give it a good review.

I'll be arriving at 12:40 AM, flying the day before, on my wife's birthday. Didn't want to spend it in the air, but no choice. Definitely don't want to cap off the long day with front desk hassles on an award stay.

Four Seasons is running a promotion that takes it to under $300/night. I'm tempted.
