For US those destinations will cost 25/30/40.

For UA they are 20/30/60.

AC has Thailand and Singapore in one region and Malaysia and Phillipines in another. It will cost you 20/30/50 within the first and 35/60/80 between the two.

SQ has Malaysia in a different tier than Thailand and the Phillipines and between the two it looks like 25/40/60.

I don't have info for other programs and what's listed above is not the full picture.

Look at the award levels on the respective airlines' websites.
