Full bar is loaded for all Cityflyer flights in J, no matter the time of day (free wine/beer is in economy after 4pm or noon for PER flights). There is always something sweet available but might be just a lacklustre port. The domestic J wine list is not stellar like the international J/F list. Never seen Noble One except on tag-end flights. The F lounge food/wine will be far superior to anything served onboard; so look for flights that leave from the international terminal (there are a few; SYD-MEL used to have daily JQ int service). But does it matter for a 1-hour flight? Stellar Muscats, Tokay and Rieslings are readily obtainable in Oz and cheap (under AUD 50 and most under AUD 20); far better than most European equivalents though there are many stylistic differences. Best to do your wine tasting on the ground in any case.

Dom still exists but rare and varies by route and even day of week (Krug is gone, presumably for good). Taittinger is actually a very good champagne, every bit as good as Dom (sometimes better) so it isn't a bad choice by QF; on the kangaroo route it is usually Taittinger. The thing to try in Oz are the sparkling Shiraz; some are excellent (varies a lot by maker). Have fun and keep an open mind.
