She's not too bothered its the first time she's ever flown in a premium class (at the age of nearly 60, she only got a passport and her first flight a four years ago.)
Mind you, I've got her going FIRST all the way back to LHR SFO-DFW-LHR and then a separate LHR-MAN.

While this is a 3 class aircraft, it is being sold as a 2 class flight. Both premium cabins are treated the same. That is why her BP says First.
