Since all the GS, 1K, 1P, 2P folks (along with their +1 companions) should have all been upgraded, I find it strange when these flights show full E+ cabins.
Flight 36 (the second one at 10:20 PM) shows NF9 and Y1 but the SEAT MAP shows
18 unoccupied seats in E+. I can see the actual open seats in E+ because I am 1K. But if I log out and my status is not known, the seat map in E+ looks full.
There are no available seats in E-.
That means a bunch of non-elite passengers will be bumped up to E+ at the gate because the flight has more non-elite passengers than E- seats. Happens all the time on UA on flights to mostly leisure destinations.
