What are the award class booking classes for First, Business and Economy awards for AA?

I want to see if I can pull award availability up on galileo.

OR - how do I found out award availability? I am trying to book some awards with my Swiss miles but Swiss is not willing to "browse" around for availability for me. They want me to give them the dates and route. Problem is, if one sector is not available then the whole itinerary is no good. Swiss will not tell me which flight has no availability so it is all a crapshoot and since I live in Japan, an expensive long-distance crapshoot.
