Yes, I have. Sadly, it's not completely uncommon and most recently there have been reports (mine included) of normal schedule changes affecting the sponsorship notation in the SSR field where the authorization is confirmed. If you had more than 24 hours to flight time this could usually be rectified by a call to a good SD, but I think you likely have to wait till airport checkin at this point.
Did you have any schedule changes on this itin?? Equally importantly did you do the authorization on the web at the outset or were any "persons" involved in doing the upgrades??
