I used Auto Europe just a couple of month ago to rent a car in the Dominican Republic. Their rate was way below anyone else's.

Booking was easy on their simple website. I later had to change the dates and length of rental. I made the change on their website, and soon after got a confirmation email. They refunded the entire original booking, then processed as a new booking. Kept it all simple and courteous.

The voucher they generated was for a car from EuropCar. EuropCar treated it as a pre-paid reservation and imposed new additional charges.

Easy and trouble-free experience. Will definitely use Auto Europe again.
