I just flew to HKG and was all excited because I was able to secure the bulkhead in the new BF with the bigger cutout. All of a sudden I was in the President's Club before my flight and my name was being announced to come to the front desk because I had a phone call. Who could be calling me? It was the BF concierge asking if I would switch my seat to accommodate a family from 8D to 11E. I was just happy she did not say I was downgraded because I could not imagine why I was getting a call. I will always move when requested because I would hope somebody would do it for me if I traveled with my family. I know I read on here that the cutout in the B, E and K seats is not as large due to the angle of the seats (certainly smaller than the bulkheads) and I am tall (6'2") with big feet (size 12). I am happy to report that while the cutout is smaller I did not have any problem with my feet and slept like a baby. Also I heard no noise from Y and had amazing FAs that made for a most enjoyable flight. So the moral of the story is as long as your are not taller than me with bigger feet, any seat should be fine in the new BF.
