I am in Tainan with my wife who is flying back to the US on Monday morning. Her flight from TPE to NRT leaves at 10:00am and she does not have any baggage to check and is flying in C class with a mileage award ticket. The earliest High Speed Rail train leaves Tainan at 6:51am and arives in Taoyuan at 8:15am and then there is a 20 min taxi to the airport. So she would arrive at the airport at 8:35 giving her just over an hour to clear security and customs. Do you think this is crazy to try our should she just spend the night near TPE. For personal reasons I would much rather she spent the night in Tainan with me
