Picked up a rental for the weekend at Kapalua Airport (JHM) in West Maui, Hawaii. The rental car terminal is about a mile from the airport. It's a small airport, and very small National/Alamo office (same office) so no EA or ES.

On the lot were exactly five vehicles: an Enclave, a Charger, a Sebring sedan, and two Malibus. The Enclave was in the process of being rented (at $150 a day!). I had a full size reserved and got the Charger with 9K miles.

The agent mentioned that they were overbooked and every car rental company was short on cars this weekend.
