-Yes

-Used the Nexus line which was quick and efficient

-N/A

-Yes

If there was a delay, were you provided with timely updates?
-Delay before push back, we were provided with timely updates

Was the IFE activated on the ground?
-No - mine wasn't working. Service director ensured that he reset the system once we got up in the air. Because safety video didn't work, I received my own personal safety presentation

Was a pre-departure beverage offered on the ground?
-Yes

Did crew offer to hang your jacket?
-Yes

Were newspapers & menus distributed and meal orders taken (Please specify when meal orders were taken - on the ground or in the air)?
- Newspapers, menus, and meal orders taken on the ground. Meal orders taken on the ground -- not by status

Did crew offer a hot towel prior to the meal service?
- Yes

- 1 hour? Not sure

How was the quality of all the meals?
- Cannelloni -- very good for the airplane
- Salmon -- dry
- Beef(YVR>HKG) -- very good

Did the cabin crew continiously top up the beverage of your choice throughout the flight?
-Yes

OVERALL EXPERIENCE / ANY OTHER COMMENTS

- My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our first experience in International Executive First.
- While we didn't use them, the noise cancelling earphones looked flimsy
- Cookies were brittle and were not hot, fresh and gooey tasting!
