Welcome to Flyertalk ilauzirika, I can answer two of your questions, hopefully others will be able to answer the third...

1. When you check-in at Bilbao, the agent should check your bags all the way through to LAX – particularly if this itinerary is all on the same ticket/booking reference (even if they were separate bookings, there is no reason they wouldn't be able to through check your bags on this itinerary between IB and BA).

2. When you arrive at LHR T3, you will simply need to follow the transit/transfer channel, which is clearly signed. You will be directed to a bus transfer which will take you directly to T5. These are very regular and quite quick, so two hours should be plenty of time to make your connection.
