I have noticed that for each of my DL int'l flights they want me to re-enter my birthdate, passport number, and the exact name on my passport. Earlier this summer I looked at the DL web page from Singapore and noticed that my return flights were not in the system at all. I called the SIN DL number and a very helpful person did some checking and got the flights back on the web page. Apparently the problem was that my DL No. is under my first name, MI, and last name, but my passport wants my full middle name, as it is on the passport. They concluded that it was an IT problem, with the system reading a MI on one record and a complete middle name on another.
