I had an excellent stay at the Conrad two years ago. I've stayed at a number of mid tier properties in Cairo - both the Hiltons and the Marriott in the center of the city. The Conrad was significantly superior. It has a nice club lounge. Should you stay, consider paying the fee to have access.
