I posted back in June that my husband couldn't check in online and had to undergo secondary screening. Here we go again! We just tried checking in for our flights tomorrow and now both of us cannot do it online and have to see the agent! This is getting really old. We both have elite status with them, flew 18 flights so far with Delta this year and are loyal to the airline. Not sure why they single us out so frequently! I like getting to the airport an hour before departure, since my home airport isn't exactly busy. This kind of puts a damper on that plan!
Not sure what is going on here, but before checking in ensure that your birthdate is in your profile. Also, if the flight is international they want your passport number. For my flights to Egypt, for example, I cannot check in on line because it is not clear to the system that while I need a visa, I simply get one at the airport for $15.
