Don't forget NRT-SHA. I flew that back in March of 1999. It's safe to say that it shifted to NRT-PVG upon PVG's opening and then is now gone. In addition, NRT-HKG operated for many years also, along with the old RTW flight which had DEL-HKG and LAX-HKG.

Of course, HKG is completely separate from PVG & PEK in regards to rights and bilaterals.
