I sent an email in about two weeks ago now, complimenting the staff on my strike flight as I thought they did a great job with what they had, but also pointing out how dissappointed I was with my first transatlantic trip in CW, nothing to with the flight crew, but just the scaled back product.

To date I have not received a reply.
