I don't see a 767 in the schedules for CLT-MBJ on Aug 17, just an A320 and an A321 plus the A319 on PHL-MBJ as flight 921.
As to an aircraft upgrade, it's pretty unlikely. The PHL flight has operated as an A319 or A320 since April 12th, when it actually did run with a 767 that day only:
