What exchange rate did you get?
Handed them $5000 RMD, got handed back $5300 HKD. I usually change them at a local Hong Kong bank for better rates and only $50 HKD service fee (since I'm not local), but I just want to test this CX "benefit" and curious is even Travelex so ignorant.

Yep, tested, another failed "benefit" from CX.
