Hello OP,

Uh, Uh, Cairo is on the African continent and not part of the Middle East.

I stayed at the Marriott Casino and will vouch for that. It's an oasis in the middle of the city. The other hotels may be nicer, but at the Marriott there are grounds to walk around.

That's my opinion.
