I have searched and found some responses but they're a little old, so I'm curious to know how AE fair up.

I have a rental reserved through Hertz for p/u at PRG on Monday, August 9 at 9am for the week, returning the following Monday by 9am. $413 for the week, almost half of that is made up with taxes!

A similar car for the same period through AE is nearly over $100 cheaper.

I'm wondering what has anyones experience been dealing with them?

How would one pick up the car at the airport? I've never seen AE "booths" however, I know they contract with the major rental companies, I'm curious as to how that works.

It's very tempting to save quite a large amount of money.

Any advice would be welcome.
