As a Canadian Citizen U.S. Green Card holder, how would you fill-in your Canada Customs declaration form when returning to Canada when you continue to own a residence in Canada but live in the U.S. for the purposes of your Green Card? Resident? Visitor? What address do you list? Canadian Address? U.S. Address?

In other words, as a Canadian citizen living in the U.S. as a permanent resident on a U.S. Green Card, do you enter Canada as a visitor or a resident when you obviously still have ties to Canada such as bank accounts and residential property?
