Travelex at HKIA "never heard" of CX cash rebate benefit
Joyfully went to the Travelex to convert some RMB to HKD, and asked for the cash rebate described online. The agent "never heard of it" but insisted there's only "points" given. Talks to the supervisor and she's "never heard of it" too, and asked me to deal with CX about it.
