I absolutely loved the Fiji resort but only stayed there two nights. If you're trying to get away from triplets, this might not be the place though. There are lots of families around and I honestly never saw anyone go in the water at the beach, they were all at the pools.

I also love the Hilton Phuket Arcadia in Thailand. It's a big resort and I've gotten great treatment as a Diamond including birthday cakes on my birthday. The beach is pretty good and not crowded. The resort itself is large but Karon town is walking distance with cheap meals. There's also a lot of other stuff to do on the island. HKT is a really cheap hour flight from SIN (which I use as my base in SE Asia) on either Air Asia or Tiger Airways.

This year for my annual birthday trip, I'm doing Cebu Philippines and Bali rather than Phuket because I didn't want to deal with any remainder of the unrest in Thailand.
