While I don't agree with the OP's views, I do support his posting in the SPG forum.
Corporate branding is all about evoking an emotional and intellectual bond to the product. Company's "go green" for precisely that reason. That the OP would use a social networking/IBB to communicate his enthusiasm concerning the potential for SPG to go "cruelty free" is not only fair, but brilliant.
SPG monitors FT and in the war over messaging, every whisper counts.
