As far as the Board Room is concerned, I assumed Tiffany meant Priority Pass, but as you pointed out, she'd have no time for the pancake-makin' robot in the BR if she only has 45 minutes to make her SEA->OGG flight departing (presumably) out of N1.
Fortunately, everything in the N food court will be open by that time, including Starbucks and the bagel shop.
