If things are on schedule that day you will be rushed in an attempt to deplane, get your food, and get back on.
AS operates out of Terminals C, D, and N. Your inbound plane could, say, pull up to a D-gate and your connecting flight may go out of the N concourse. In which case you will have to take the train and that will further complicate your attempts to buy some food at Sea-Tac.
The airport is has many food vendors distributed throughout the facility. Your situation will depend a lot upon where you come in and where you go out. And whether things are on time.
