It took a week for them to approve my application, then about three weeks for me to get my card...

The companion cert posted immediately after I activiated my CC, same with the 25K bonus miles...

So, if it has been at least a month since the OP got his approval, then I'd call Bofa and see what is going on.... The agents can see when the CC was mailed out..
