Why? Either way you would have to get up off your a$$ to scan something. I like the way our scanner works. Just scan, and it wirelessly saves to a folder in a computer you choose, as a .pdf or anything you tell the scanner to convert it to.

We have a 3 story townhouse w/ lots of neighbors who have wifi. The printer is on the 1st floor, farthest away from the AP. So far, no problems at all w/ our wifi connection. ^
